I have been reading 18 weeks is the time for an achy back ? Did anyone go through this ? We did fall photo shoot and I was encouraged to pick up my 4 year old which I did in heels but today my back is killing me.

Yes, very much so. I was going to the chiro, made it worse. Now im going to physical therapy. I've been told in 5 years ago, ironically by a chiro, that I have one leg longer than the other. Now through PT he told me how to safely strengthen core, do specific stretches for me, and I got myself a heel lift to match my leg height so lower back & hips dont hurt
Bottom line, try PT?

@imaboymom luckily I see my doctor Wednesday I'm going to make them take me seriously I have been complaining since 10 weeks. My uterus is tilted I think baby is sitting in a weird spot . Hopefully I can get referred to PT. Did your chiropractor help?

@waitingonbaby2 she was popping my back in a twisting motion while I lay on my belly on a pregnancy safe table. Well last time I went, I came home and took a nap. I woke up with bad back pain and I couldnt turn my head because my neck HURT. The physical therapist today (that my OB referred me to) said that pregnant women are "loosey-goosey" (his words lol) already that we dont need loosened/our backs popped. He thinks the exercise and stretches will help with the pain.
