My daughter used it for comfort while I was in nursing school and now that I’m done she uses it out of habit.

Cold turkey. I did it. Three days later he was fine. We are two weeks free of it!

@airfey I cut thr tip off after 3 days she didn't want it. The first day was hell the second day she picked it up once or twice the 3rd day she was over it
