@allanababbiie_0x i think its bc uv had big babies b4. Where as we avent ad no where nears 9lbs 🙈

@arlosmomma, oh my gosh that’s so far out my last pregnancy they said my daughter would be about 5lb at term and she was 8lb 10 so I’m hoping they aren’t saying she’s already 7lb and is actually like 10 lol x

@allanababbiie_0x, I’ve been having growth scans 2 weekly as my second was low birth weight and I’m under consultants because I’ve had pre eclampsia before. Usually they will send you for growth scans if you are measuring 2 or 3 weeks ahead on the grow charts I believe x

They told me that my lad was gonna be about 11lbs, he came out 7lb 10oz and was buried by tiny baby clothes so i wouldn't worry they're rarely accurate from what I've seen on here x

I’m confused sorry to jump in on this but Iv had big baby’s in the past my son was 8lb 12 and my daughter was 8lb 14 I had to be cut to get her out... when I brought it Upto the midwife she said oh they arnt big baby’s because they think this one will be 9lb and over but they arnt classing that as big either???? I have no extra scans or anything either xx

I was told with my both my daughters they was big 9/10lb my first was 6lb 15oz at 38weeks and my second was 8lb 6.5ozs at 37weeks. I'm diabetic so I had to have scans every 3 weeks after 25weeks scans ain't accurate with weight. X

@jennypoulter they tested me at 16wks and I think 24 or 28 weeks and it came back fine.. when they scanned me n he was big they tested me again by this point I was approx 34/35 wks and I had it. So coz I was having a section anyways they brought it forward to 38weeks. I was under consultant care aswell xx

@lynda84, yeah I think I might ive had a really dry mouth lately aswell I know that could be a symptom perhaps I’ll ask for another test my last one was fine x

@happymamato2, oh my I need to speak to the consultant and see what they say they were in about letting me go to 42 weeks last time I’m also in constant antibiotics it seems crazy to keep me going. X

With my son I had gtt test done twice and came back fine ( I had gd with my daughter) when I had scan n he was massive they tested me again and I did have it, that explained his size.. May be worth a mention to ur mw? Xx @jennypoulter

@lynda84, oh my I’ve been having two weekly scans and she’s been following the line and has jumped In the last two weeks they’ve predicted she’s put on over 1lb per week. X

@dannie.louise.x, oh really did they suggest that or did you have to ask my other two were small babies 6lb 12oz and 3lb 8 then my third was huge lol x

My daughter was 6lb 7.5 oz born at 38 weeks emergency section.. with my son they told me he was small 1 minute then big the next.. i opted for elective section and boy am I glad I did he was born 9lb 7.5oz at 38 weeks xx

I wouldnt listen to that, they told me my son was going to be 9 to 12 pound at birth he was 6lb3 and tiny

@jennypoulter at 35wk my baby was 7lb. Im lookin at 9lb baba to. But i had a 3c degree tear with a 7lb10oz baby. Im bein induced at 39wk if nothin. But having a sweep at 37+5 (hopefully +3 and then +6) xx

@7littlegems, oh really I’m absolutely terrified my last girl was 8lb 10oz and I really struggled to get her out and I’m terrified I’ll end up needing a c-section I have 3 other children to look after 😭 x

They might not be correct hun I was scanned on the Friday saying I was gonna have a 8lb bby had him the tue he was 6lb 14 xx try not to worry hun xx
