Ladies would you ever allow “grandma &grandpa “ to discipline your children ? . And I mean spanking or popping them on the hand , I kinda don’t believe in that . I believe if the parents are present it shouldn’t happen, and if they aren’t present then time out only . I would appreciate your feed back ! 😊

@reinabella_xoxo I completely agree! My dad doesnt see my daughter much and I'd be upset if he disciplined her, but my in laws I have 0 problem with them disciplining her... because they are very much involved plus they treat me as their own:) even my mom I'd be fine with to a point
I feel if my kids are with them and they act up then yeah, I mean they raised me. My dad wouldn't even if I told him he could but my mom will open a can lol

Personally I wouldn't mind my mom spanking my kids cause she my mom hell she spank me lol. If it was something i disagreed with id just tell her nah leave them alone not that serious. If its the dads mom I can see where let me know ill handel it works cause you dont know how there displine style is, but I mean its your child so its your choice.

My mom spanked my son and way too hard. Shes really not a part of our lives anymore. We dont spank and he wasnt even two at the time. By faith I've forgiven her but she'll never be alone with any of my children again.

@franny.93 We don't spank, but my parents are caregivers and my children need to respect them just as much as us. My in-laws who aren't around and feel the need when they are around to take over for me.... I'm not okay with. My theory with them is if I'm present (which I always will be) I am their mother, I can handle my kids. I'm the one who cares for them 24/7. I don't even like them to tell my kids no.

My parents know I don’t believe in corporal punishment, so they wouldn’t hit my child. They know if they did, I would set it TF off. Putting her in time out if she does something wrong is fine.
