@sparkly_unicorn_ one small cup a day is find hun . I had some when I pregnant with my daughter because I had ally of headaches and it helps with constipation.

@momofboth, i am share that’s helps you i am just trying to limit my caffeine :( it sucks i even get tons of headaches

@sparkly_unicorn_ girl after my daughter I became anemic so I have to take iron pills forever lol so I drink a cup of coffee every morning.

@momofboth, Aww me too! I stopped once I became pregnant but I crave them sooo much 😩😩 I was scared to even eat deli meats heated up but cooking them in the stove like a grilled cheese will give me some ease that’s it’s cooked better than just heated up in a microwave.

@momofboth, That sounds good!! I do like peanut butter with my apples. But I’ve been afraid to eat sandwiches because of the deli meats we shouldn’t eat while pregnant. That’s why I asked what kind you ate.

@mommysince2014 I eat peanut butter with a lil jelly just enough to cover the bread just because I don't like too much sugar but depending on what peanut butter you get it's a great source of protein. I would also eat Turkey and cheese sandwiches sometimes.

@mommysince2014 I ate fruits and sandwiches. Sandwiches are very filling . Well it was for me anyway and with the fruit it helped.

@momofboth, How did you deal with the times you were hungry? What kind of stuff would you eat? I wasn’t like this with my son, I was just sick miserable the first trimester but after that ended, I was fine the rest of my pregnancy & ate just fine.
