I drink the isagenics shakes. Have for a while now. I like them

I liked mine for lunch, sometime between 12 and 1. I'd always try to blend some fruit in it or have some on the side.

I have! I have tried slim fast, a gnc powder, a generic powder one from equate I think, and beachbody shakeology. For me, blending my own using the shakeology was the best.
