@mckeekat, ovulation tests are accurate in detecting the LH surge that precedes ovulation. However, these tests cannot confirm whether ovulation actually occurs a day or two later. Some women may have a surge in the LH hormone without releasing an egg.
So no you are not pregnant yet. You just got your iud out it could take up to two cycles to conceive, the average healthy couple it can take 6-12 months.
