Usually a few days after birth. You can leak before but that's just your body getting ready.

Your baby will just take the colostrum u produce before milk comes in 😊 their tummy’s are super tiny so they don’t need much to fill up

It took 4 days for my milk to come in. Colostrum, some moms call it liquid gold because of all the good stuff it passed on to baby. Done in my baby group only saved that, and once their milk came in, went to formula.
