Hi ladies ! I’m about 7 weeks and am still addicted to my e cig a bit. I’ve been having a really hard time quitting it altogether and even got nicotine lozenges to help, but with the nausea they make me want to barf 🤮 Does anyone have any suggestions to help me quit all the way? Thanks my loves !
@mommiesgoneabitmad, everything you said is super on point these things helped my husband who smoked a pack and a half quit for a a while he ended up starting again but that was because someone started
Working with him that sat next to him smoking 2 pks a day from morning till night so it was difficult
@kelinorames, it really helps! Even try fake smoking. It sounds weird but we get use to the hand gestures
@mommiesgoneabitmad, actually that’s an excellent idea. I’ll get some hard candy and the sugar should even help with the nausea. Thanks doll !
Have you thought about getting something with no nicotine to help with the cravings? Lollipops suckers hard candies really help I never did e cigs/vaped But smoked for a really long time I am now three years without smoking
@uglymombeautifulboy0910, 6mg. So I should go down to 3mg ? And then try 0 ? The boyfriend wants me to quit told turkey. :( I don’t blame him but he has no clue how difficult it’s been.
@1618ellis, girl you know I’m praying my butt off ! ;) it’s so hard because it’s such a stress reliever and as soon as I give the boyfriend my e cig I panic and try to look for it like a jerk. I’m definitely cutting way down but need to stop entirely. How long ago did you quit ??
