My sons face is breaking out 😩 I change his wash rags and wash them + his towels weekly 🤷🏽♀️ what should I do

Baby acne is normal 🤷🏻♀️ it doesn’t bother him so I think just keep washing his face daily and gently patting it dry. Don’t let it bother you, it’s not caused by dirt but built up skin. It’s not your fault momma. ♥️
