This is a face of a mom that's baby will only sleep if he's either on mom/dad or in our bed. 'I'll never let him sleep…

Have bed shared with both of mine. My health visitor was fab and just gave me some guidance on how to do it safely. I have the crib next to the bed so baby can't fall out and I sleep the other side. I only use a blanket to my waist and half a pillow so nothing around baby. I do try and put them back in the crib but when breastfeeding it's tough if they want to feed all night. So side feeding worked for us.

@lovemyboys8 he sleeps so much longer I hold him in my arms (dads a deep sleeper and worried about rolling onto him) or I have him on my chest and he sleeps for hours! He'll sleep in his moses basket in the day (sometimes) 😂 xxx

It's surprising how many moms do it yet they tell us not too but they should understand that we're careful and we keep an eye on them even if we sleep! 🙈 xxx

I did with logan, co-sleeping worked for us with him. If me and OH didn't we would of never got sleep. Tbh he still sneaks into our bed now some night's and until he feels he doesnt need to anymore, im going to let him keep doing it🤷‍♀️ With Jessika I've got a next to me cot so fingers crossed she doesn't realise shes not actually in bed with us 😂x

Yep I had lil man in with me from the time we got home really, few nights he’d sleep in his cot then realise where he was and be like noooooope and start fussing lol even in hospital he was in with me 99% of the time xx

Danny slept in beside us until he was about 9 months and the last few weeks he didn’t need to be cuddled in so that told me he was ready to sleep on his own xx

Finley would only settle if he was on my chest or cuddled up to me in bed, he’s 5 months now and managed to get him sleeping in his crib. I agree with @mrsmowmow, don’t tell the health visitor ☺️ x

Theo is still in with me at 13 months. My health visitor had to advise me on safe Co-sleeping because I told her it was happening and there was no way she was going to convince me to put him in his crib, I hadn't for almost a week slept since I'd given birth I was exhausted, like I was actually grey. I sleep without a top on and he boobs himself now, I wake up when he latches but go straight back to sleep, it's great! X

I had to have Olivia sleep with us when newborn as she just wouldn't settle in her moses basket and was the only way we could get sleep. I changed to a next to me crib and it worked wonders some how lol x

If it makes you feel any better my 3 have always slept with me. Baby’s asleep on my arm as we speak xx

@nicolemariehooperxo yes, I agree...it was the only way I could keep whatever sanity I had left LOL. It was either that or hold them while they slept or wake them up trying to put them down. I just nursed my son to sleep and left him where he'd fall asleep.

@sofie321 I'd rather him sleep with us and get some sleep otherwise he doesn't sleep properly and it's not fair on him cus he's grumpy and unsettled the next day 🤔 (As a mom now I don't sleep properly anyway) xxx
