Ive totally been there!

The week of my wedding, my MIL was only supposed to stay with us (cause she couldn’t afford a hotel) until the day after our wedding, but nope she ended up with us for basically a whole week and I was very unhappy that we didn’t get our own space AFTER our wedding. 🙄 so I feel you.

@lee-lee, I have no idea. I love my MIL but I could not live with her. She has her ways of doing things and I have mine.

@littleonemorning, exactly I totally understand I’ve spent the last 3 weeks fixing everything she rearranges. And our ideas on food handling is very different and that in itself drives me up the walls.

@lee-lee, yeah my mother in law tried to “clean” our apartment and I spent the next week and a half trying to find things. I appreciated the gesture, but she didn’t know where anything was and it gave me a headache.

Mils are the worst. They seriously are. Try going for a walk for a bit or just get out of there to be on your own ! Retail therapy if you can afford it girl !
