I think you’re close! I started with it about a week before I went into full blown labor, sex even while having contractions is what really kick started it and kept it going for us with our last ☺️ good luck!

With my second the diarrhea started almost 2 months before he was born lol and the last one wasn't to much different. Were your other babies early? All 3 boys came 6 days early for us lol
