We got our beagle puppy when he was 6 months old from a puppy store (I know shame on us, long story) and he didn't poop outside until Julyish at around 8 months old.

@laynehelen oh we got him when he was only 6 weeks. He was at a pet store in the mall .

@momofboth, I think it's just a thing some puppies do. Our trainer recommend taking his poop and making a pile outside so he'll know where to go. I didn't really have the patience or memory to do that especially with my toddler running around.

@laynehelen he goes outside it's just he cries to come inside when he's not done and starts crying again to go outside . I'm training him with his kennel.
