I'm really concerned that my baby is going to come out earlier than expected. By at least three weeks. I have never had cramps, and back pain has always been a thing so I don't understand the examples people give when it comes to braxton contractions. It makes me uneasy not knowing if I've felt them or not. Arwen moves around so fiercely that it scares me now. I'm happy she's healthy and moving, but I don't have a lot of room to give. I'm afraid she's just going to break everything loose by accident. :<

@humblewarriormama I only have pains in my back, I think it's linked to my scoliosis; because that's where my period pains were. However I shouldn't be having them because I'm pregnant so I figured there may be a link there.

I never noticed Braxton Hicks and from what I read up on them, it’s pretty common for people not to feel them their first pregnancy. I actually felt my labor contractions in my back more than anything. They felt like the most horrible period cramps, with pain radiating down my legs and in my feet. I actually don’t remember feeling them in my stomach, but that could have been because of how much my back hurt.

@veemndz Alright cool, because that was another example I read about but didn't make any sense to me because. Well. Anatomy lol.

@veemndz Like the actual stomach or your belly. Because they aren't in the same place.

Your stomach will tighten up and then loosen. Contractions are much more painful, last longer and will be consistent.

So I'm at the hospital having contractions and dialated 2 centimeters! I'm not even 20 weeks yet. I'm so scared. They're gonna give me magnesium to stop it. She's got a good heartbeat.I feel her moving but if she's born they can't save her😭😬😩
