Apparently the gummies don't have iron in them.... I was giving my lo the gummies, and at her 3 yr old checkup, they did a bloodtest--low iron... So I had to switch to the flinstone chewables with iron.... And go back in a few weeks. They want her levels up, and said no gummies....lol

You ever hear about elderberry??

I do zarbees I put it in her oatmeal, juice or just squeeze it in her mouth sometimes
