They told me the same thing when I was 20 weeks. Terrified me out of my mind. But in the follow up scan about 4 weeks later they said it had moved up and was okay again. I honestly wouldn’t stress it until your follow up, well at least try not to lol

Yes the doctor definitely told me no sex so that won’t be hard since I’ve recently became single lol. So hopefully it moves up I do not want a c-section

Mine was . I was put on pelvic and bed rest . Just don’t do any heavy lifting and no sex . Worse case is you might need a c section if it doesn’t move up, mine took awhile to do so but it did .
