Healthy recipes suitable for both a one year old and 3 year old?
My kids also love buffalo chicken casserole (I dont make it as spicy as the recipe calls for) it's a keto recipe so no carbs, high fat (which is great for the babes) and protein
@_sheriee I also make veggie nuggets for my kids. You get your blender or food processor and blend peas, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower together with an egg and some bread crumbs and make your nugget shape (I shape mine in hearts because why not) and bake till golden and crispy. You can do your own ratio, I never measure anything. And it tricks them into eating their veggies lol
@newlyfitmama, that’s literally what we’ve been eating at least two times a week 😅 I feel bad feeding them the same thing constantly.
