Anyone been on the contraceptive injection before?? How was it for you??

All my pregnancies happened on the pills. So got the implant in now, it’s great for me. :)

I had it and worse thing I ever done I bled really heavy for 5 weeks I couldn't leave the house because of leaking. My doctor had to put me on the pill to stop the bleeding.

@ralphyandlayla-rosesmummy oh my goodness... I might just try the one shot.. weigh myself before I get it and see if I put on any weight haha 😂😂😂 I'm not so bothered about not falling pregnant as I really don't see anymore kids in my future.. 2 is a nice number for me lol xx

I had it for first three months after having ralphy I put on weight and when I came off it it took me 7-8 month for my body to get back to normal and get pregnant again I've known people to come off it and get straight pregnant some periods stop some don't it's different for each person I got it to give it a try and 3 stone later it definitely wasn't for me u could get the one shot and try it see how it is for u I was thinking of using it this time don't want any more children but I couldn't do anything drastic incase I change my mind in a few years xx

@rachaellw my sister had the coil and it went awful.. I think it really depends on the person.. I just don't know what to do haha xx

@nataliesmith96, have you thought about the copper coil? No hormones and you don’t have to worry about it when it’s in. I’ve had one put in last week. So far so good

My friend was on it. She gained loads of weight and when she started to try for a baby she couldn’t fall pregnant, and her periods really messed up x

@nataliesmith96 I'm on the pill now and it's okay. Yeah i dont like the sound of those, there is a patch though you change it every week, could always ask about that xx

@abbyrose yeah.. I haven't really been on contraceptive before.. maybe for the pill for a week and made me really ill.. just trying to think of other ways.. and i don't like the sound of the implant or coil xx

I was on it for 5 years and i loved it, had no periods, no side effects. Then after having Olivia I went back on it and it didn't agree with me, but it's diffrent for everyone x
