One orally in the morning, one vaginally at night when I went to bed. I got the spring valley brand from wal Mart in the green bottle

I started using it at like 37 weeks if I can remember correctly. I believe it helped soften my cervix cause I didn't have not one tear, burn r anything when I had my baby thank goodness. I would def recommend jt.
