I’d like to hear your personal stories on being induced. I’m scheduled for this coming Monday at 5am, unless baby boy…

I've had 2 successful ones. Went in at 6 am for both, slept most of the time, had epidurals, both born at night.

I was induced when I was 38 weeks and honestly it was a breeze for me, I never experienced any contractions at all, I was told I needed an epidural because I wasn’t dilating fast enough and might end up needing a c section but after the epidural I went from 4cm to 7cm in 30 minutes and everything just went fast after that, i felt the “ring of fire” when baby’s head is crowning but that’s pretty much it.

Mine was super easy. Went in at 7pm, they started labor...felt contractions most of the night but they gave me medicine to help me sleep for a little at around 6 in the morning I was 7cm so I got an epidural and at 8:00 I was 10cm and ready to push! I had him at 8:30, felt nothing except pressure no pain at all.

I got induced. Went to my 37 week check up and I had high blood pressure and was seeing stars. So my dr told me to go home and pack for the hospital. Started pitocin around 7 pm. And had my son before 5 am the next day. Got the epidural once I hit 7 cm.

I got induced at 39 weeks. Went in at 4pm, I had actually started going into labor an hour before 😂. Once I got there we started the pitocin to make my contractions stay consistent. Broke my water at around 6pm. Had my epidural, then had him at 11:05 pm. Everything went very smooth 😊

I’m really trying to avoid the epidural but I see all of you ladies got it 😩😩😩

@gabby_235, I actually really wish I hadn’t, but with me I had no breaks between my contractions and it was wearing me out so I thought it would be best for me personally that way there wasn’t any problems pushing
