Anybody planning to give birth naturally? Any tips or advice?

After each contraction I'd tell myself I was one contraction closer to meeting my baby, also lots of breathing.

Breathe through your contractions. It will work! Although I was screaming and trying to breathe. Also it's weird but it may be hard to pee.

I’m going natural. 🙋🏻‍♀️I’m just taking as many classes last second as I can to understand how to do this right.
