OhMyGosh, I’ve always been in shape... I tried doing a push up and said ok, I’m heavy so it’s hard, I tried planking, that was ok... then I tried doing sit ups and said WTF! Exercising postpartum is F*CK*D UP! 🤯🤬😖😫

Yes! That’s awesome! It does feel silly but that’s ok, silly things are fun 😊 sometimes I can’t keep up with the moves either but practice makes perfect, you’ll get it eventually 💕
and music for dancing? I’d have to say pop music, it’s fast and easier to dance to.
@mortonmining ok so I tried that today (dancing) I felt so stupid though LOL but damn it was a workout 🤔🤔😂😂 hopefully I can keep up with it and what's your preference in music?

It’s just the first time I’ve actually tried exercise since labor and it wasn’t as easy as it used to be.. but I looked up dance exercises on YouTube and found a few good ones I think ima start a daily routine with! And I wish you lived near by as well I would totally walk with you! I LOVE walking! Hubby and I go on walks every other day. I can’t wait to go to a park and start running again!
