Tips on how to stop having a “dessert/snack” at night before bed. I know it’s not good to eat before bed and especially sweets late at night. Just hard to cold turkey stop.
I seriously need a work out partner. I have a gym in my apartments,but no one to work out with.
Health conscious dessert snacks: plain dark chocolate, yogurt, figs and dates, apple/peanut butter, jello, dark chocolate popcorn, baked pears, sorbet.
Just some ideas !
@mombie., that’s what I was thinking of trying it water before bed to fill me up. I usually have a small portion of fruit before bed with almond milk but lately we haven’t bought any fruit so I’ve been eating bad snacks before bed which I now feel like crap a lot lately.
And of you wanna ease into quiting just eat something healthy watermelon apples bananas that’s what I did when I was pregnant
Honestly I drink water makes me full feeling and my hands busy
Water or tea with a little stevia or almond milk is great for this
