how much were you dilated at 37weeks & 4 days pregnant? I'm 1 1/2 cm dilated. Should I be happy about that?

I didn't dilate at all until the day I went into labor. So I dont think it necessarily means much.

At 35wks I was 2cm and 70% effaced...I'll be checked again next Tuesday at 37wks..(I've had many children b4 though)

Yeah I was 1 1/2 at 37 weeks Too and didn’t dilate anymore until the day I started having bad contractions and went into labor

I second @penelope127, I was high and closed with my last one all the way up until my csection at 39+4

0 my cervix was closed. Same for week 38 appointment. Wake up at 3 next morning I’m in labor even then cervix was closed but softer than day before. Had c section for breech baby

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and I'm 3cm and 60% enfaced and my mucus plug keeps coming out !
