No i haven’t tried it i don’t like teas i been walking a lot doing squats bouncing on ball and nothing my other 4 i had no problem dilating @mommybear95,

@livinglife have you tired drinking raspberry leaf tea that's what I have been drinking but also I had my daughter at 36weeks so maybe my body is ready

I wish i was dilated i been trying everything and nothing working i give up @mommybear95,
