Best otc eczema treatment for face?? Since having my baby, my skin is awful 😣 help!!

My baby has eczema on her arms I been using aveeno in the soap and the powder in the bag

African black soap is good for eczema

Cetaphil in the tub is what my pedi recommended. Worked well for Cassiopeia

lines from Aveeno, Eucerin, and CeraVe.

Cetaphil works great.

Look up sbt seabuckthorn salve. I use regular seabuckthorn oil on my face and its amazing. With skin conditions, less is best. Im also hearing that eczema sufferers are seeing so much benefit from cbd creams.
