Put a beanie on him as much as possible

All babies hate tummy time. They're not use to the position so it's a little frustrating for them. You can place him on your belly and he'd probably tolerate tummy time a little bit more. If you're doing it on the floor do as much time as he can handle like 2 minutes each time throughout the day. Also when he's asleep make sure to turn his head occasionally. Like one nap can be on the left as the next can be on the right. I legit did none of these things because my son would cry during tummy time... now he's in a helmet and it's literally my fault. Tummy time is very important, no matter how much they hate it 😊

I also babywore a lot (in a wrap mostly). It helped keep him off his back more but allowed me top also gave free hands. I agree with turning the head too, we did that with our lo and it seemed to help.

Tummy time on your chest. I would lay on my back and set my daughter on my chest.
