Thoughts on having a baby shower for your 3rd baby? I had a baby shower with my first and did not have one for my second. I'm thinking of having a baby shower for my third IF I can have another baby. Whats y'alls thoughts.?
Id also like to point out that I think every baby should be celebrated.
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

I really thought I was getting a baby shower and like no one has even thought about giving me one. This is my first baby i mean no one has to do anything for me I just at least thought they had plans for me and they don’t. They gave my uncle one because his wife didn’t want one because she already had a kid.And everyone got a baby shower and was giving one .But I guess it’s okay. I’ll do my own baby shower with my next child I just thought family planned a baby shower for you . Lol guess I thought wrong.
I think I might have a baby carrier buying addiction ????
I think this will be my LAST baby. My boyfriend is up there in age 🤷🏽 ♀

I did a bbq for my sister in law for her second and 3rd. I believe every baby should be celebrated. When I have another I will do a bbq.

Well im having one because this baby is from a different dad & his family would like to all meet me and get stuff for the baby . my first two have the same dad and i had a boy then a girl and they threw one for both because i had different genders

I think it depends on the sex of the baby. I had a baby shower for my first child which was a boy. My second I didn't because it was another boy. My third which was a girl I had a baby shower.

I think baby showers should be a 1 time thing and I dont like getting invites to 2nd and 3rd because baby things are expensive and ppl should keep them until they are done having babies in my opinion. Diapers would help though...maybe just a small diaper thing. Even then, the turnout might not be worth the cost of food and planning.
