After apple picking yesterday we have so many apples decided to try something new I wanted to make for the baby shower coming up and wanted to see if it’s worth making.. apple rose puffs..OMG they are amazing!!

Best to sit while u do these though because it is a little time consuming and when you put the apricot preserves on the puff pastry it’s best to roll it out then cover it with the preserves then cut it. Because the way the recipe says to do it takes forever! I did it in half the time by covering it first..
