The cast iron skillet was so nice because it was all in one pan! Haha!

@jennatess, that’s why I love my instant pot. I can sauté in there and then throw everything in, seal it and let it cook. I don’t have a cast iron skillet plus the instant pot cuts cooking time down so much. It’s incredible.

@mswedes, oh I know it! I have one, but I just find myself not using it that much.

I’m such a “start it in the morning” person.

@jennatess, I used to love spending all day making a really good meal but now I don’t have the patience for it. Plus my husband is vegetarian so none of his meals take very long to cook.
