I wouldn’t do it until at least 39 weeks. Or just wait. Baby will come when ready ❤️

@aengs2, yeah last time I was checked I was still at a 2 they don’t keep you until a 4 here in Alabama so that makes sense your doctor went ahead and did it.

@mommynmotion, Yes it definitely depends on your doctor of course and also your situation. I was 3.5 cm and my OB could tell that I was ready and going to go into labor at any time so she wanted to help move things along if possible. Can't hurt to ask.

Me! I went into labor the next morning.

I have never worked for me I lost my plug over 3 days was still induced a wk later but I'll ask for it again this time hoping it may work
