If she's breastfed, have you eaten anything new? If formula, have you recently switched to a different type? His poop would turn this weird dark green/blue when we switched formula for a few days.
Has she had anything else colored? When my son eats captain crunch his poop is a deep teal color.

A lady at Walmart called my daughter a halfbreed! & then............proceeded to ask if the one In my stomach was also a half breed! My daughters(3y/o&32weekspregnant) are both (black&white&latino)
@jahnayawiley, that is quite likely the culprit then. His pediatrician said that a new formula can turn poop funny colors for a few days, and as long as it wasn't the three bad colors it was fine.
