So the last date of my last period was Oct 28 and nearly a week or so later on the 9th oct I have bleeding and I'm struggling to understand why I'm not on any contraception so at first I thought maybe there was a possibility that I could be pregnant but the test is negative and I'm also under a lot of stress so also that could be it but I've looked it up (I know that's the worst thing to do) but there's other options but I'm way to scared to go to the doctors and allow them to look at me foof even though I basically lost that dignity during birth 🤷♀️🤷♀️

Just go to the doctors honestly it’s nothing. Ask for a female doctor or a nurse. They do this everyday and don’t think twice about it. It’s over in seconds and it’s nothing compared to going through something that could be life threatening rather than getting a quick swab etc xx

All sorts of things can throw your cycle out of whack for a while.
Mine didn't regulate properly for over a year when Bethany was born, then randomly went out of whack again this year - I was debating whether to see my GP about them when I found out I'm pregnant again.
The GP might arrange for you to get a smear test if you haven't had one recently, but probably wouldn't carry that out in the initial appointment. Blood tests would be more likely so they can get an idea of what your hormones are like.
