IS THIS NORMAL?!

I am 32 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my second baby, will be 33 weeks this Sunday. Last night I kept getting Braxton Hicks almost constantly for like 30 min or so. Now today I am getting period like cramps, and the fact that my breech baby keeps placing his feet on my cervix isn't helping the period pains at all! Is it normal to feel period pains low in your abdomen at almost 33 weeks or can it be a sign of preterm labor? Anyone go through something like this? Don't worry, if it continues I will call Labor and Delivery. I did have a high risk pregnancy with my 1st and was at risk for preterm, but they have seen me every 2 weeks with this pregnancy and my cervix has been long every appointment, next appt is on Monday the 15th. What should I do? I have my 3 year old with me and his dad won't be home from work until 6 or 7pm!
