How do you know if you swaddled your baby too tight? I’m freaking out bc he’s breathing but I feel like I wrapped it to tightly doesn’t look like it but Idk I guess I’m just being nervous

I think you’re being paranoid 😊 if he’s not crying or acting like it’s too tight it’s probably not. I can’t tell you how tight I would have to wrap my son or else his hand would escape and it would be all over. He would break free too easily once his hand was out lol
