@ambrebby2u, thanks !! I have no idea why it’s so hard for her to shake this this time around . Yet alone can’t understand what happened because she was literally almost back to normal the day she left it was hot so I don’t see why she came back so sick they said they didn’t have the air on and they was giving her her antibiotics so idk . I just know it’s going on 3 weeks now and I know she’s tired of being congested and having a bad cough . Idk what her ears are looking like but I hope the antibiotics at least cleared that up since it’s not doing shit for her sinus infection at this point .

@prestonjeanetta0120 right I feel you and for her to be sick so long I'm surprised the dr haven't done something different. It also could be the changing in the weather like it's warm out but muggy. She also may need a different antibiotic because sometimes your body get use to it and it won't do anything poor baby been sick almost a month I know she's tired to hun. I know it makes you upset that she's been sick so long and you can't do much to help relax the baby. That's so sad I'll probably cry my baby be sick that long and then she is so young and having sinus problems will break a big person down so I can imagine how she feels. Is she showing any signs of improvement?? The drs need to try and figure out what's going on because she is a baby and she probably don't even know why she is feeling so down and sick and isn't her normal self. I would go back to the dr and let them have it she deserve for them to get to the bottom of it she shouldn't have to suffer because they just want to prescribe antibiotics and nothing for he congestion. Then she's so young it's only a handful.of things you can give her. I pray and hope she feel better soon

@ambrebby2u, no she’s back to square one I think her ears may be better since she’s not crying all day anymore how she was or digging in them but that’s it . Her nose is always running with thick mucus so she can’t breathe when she’s eating and drinking she’s back to having no appetite she barely ate today just drank . She can’t sleep too well cause she’s coughing at night and sometimes she needs a pillow propped so the mucus isn’t running into her chest that helps her sleep better

On the bad nights . But I even resorted back to using cold medicine as well even though it’s doing nothing . Her sinus infection is back full blown to me !! She had the pink amoxicillin that usually works but this time did nothing . So they switched to the white one which is stronger that knocked it out for the most part but like I said she was good for 2 days I was just about to stop them boom it’s back like it never left that was last week and all this week I’ve been rotating between the white antibiotics and cold medicine and now that’s she’s barely eating again I’m done trying . They gotta give her something else better yet figure out what’s causing it because it’s been to long she’s only 1 I’m not about to keep drugging her with shit that ain’t even working . Thank god she still has her energy but every time she sneezing and all the snot comes out she’s crying she’s crying when she’s coughing . And now getting her to take any medicine is a damn fight literally with her !! but I can’t blame her .

@prestonjeanetta0120 right I feel you mama she so small and they act like they don't want to help with her. Like geesh what a mama got to do to get they baby checked out and find out what's wrong. Then when we go and act like a full blown ass they are mad. Poor baby I hope she gets better and also.so you can ready up a little as well to cause nursing a sick baby is a lot and expecting another one at the same time

She just gave her a breathing treatment because she’s completely congested in her chest . She asked if she has asthma but idk i told her I have bad asthma and having colds sets it off for me . I hope she doesn’t have asthma !! Only thing we do know right now is that it’s not a regular cold so idk she just had a breathing treatment and now we’re waiting for her to come back in to see what’s next

@ambrebby2u, yes it helped a lot with her breathing she’s still congested but no longer wheezy . They called children’s hospital for a second opinion and they went over everything with me and her doc and said she needs a stronger antibiotic and since the wheezing stopped she deff has asthma . They said her being sick for so long brought on a slow attack . I know exactly what that’s like because that’s how it is for me every time I’m sick and it lingers I have a slow attack where it’s just a heavy feeling then wheezing for a day or 2 then I’m grasping for air out of no where . I feel so bad that she has to go through it but at least I got better meds and know about the asthma so I can start treatments soon as she catches cold so it won’t cause an attack .
