You feel like your about to have some major diarrhea 😂and start pushing pop comes the baby

I did not even know I was pushing. All I remember is giving huge scream and the baby was out. Later on my husband told me that it was loudest scream he ever heard in his life🙄

Honestly you push like you're taking a 💩 and it just comes naturally!!
