🔺 I am not pregnant right now 🔺
I'm a mom of two and am tying to get some information about certain things before I get pregnant again just to be more educationally prepared. So a question I have is for breast feeding I have so many questions it's unreal. With my first I only breastfed for maybe a month with mostly supplementing. With my second I strictly breast fed until she was 6 months old. One thing I've never done is pump. I tried with my second but my body would not take to a pump. With my first I pumped once? So not much exerience in that department. Any helpful tips on electric pumps while on th go? Like the ones you can put on under your shirt and go. Oh gosh so many questions its unreal. Any helpful tips on any breastfeeding
The medela electric pump is small and portable I use that and I clip under my leggings .. it has 7 different suctions , what did you mean by your body wouldn’t take to pumping? I power pump once my baby is done feeding and use that to either feed or store for when I do go back to work..
They do have and adapter that takes batteries 🔋 that’s compatible with most pumps. I have one but used it with my almost 2 yr old at work with the Medela.
The suction pretty good but not as strong as if was plugged into the wall but were I was pumping at their was no outlet so it was next best option.
Mhmm well manual pump is great. Doesn't need power and you can do it anywhere. If you'll have power you can also take electric pump. They make car adapters now too, i think. So you can pump in car if you have to
They have the Spectra S1 which has rechargable batteries and is good on the go. It is also a closed system so there is less cleaning of all the parts everyday. It is also hospital grade with variable suction for best results. Love mine!
