@mrs.hibben, it’s a thing that auctions to your boob and helps pull out milk...I use it when feeding because I usually get more milk then

@mrs.hibben, didn’t know about it with my first and I have an over supply and leak a lot and this helped with engorgment and gave me a great relief and I get to build a frozen supply which is nice
