@kayteamay no, nothing distinguishable, she's by no means quiet though, just not talking x

@vixster she can do all that, her eating isn't the best, she's quite picky, but apart from that and talking it seems like she's doing okay then x

@sarahjane__, but she can communicate with you? You can understand what she needs? All children are different at they all do things at their own pace so I wouldn’t be concerned.

@mrsmowmow we haven't had appointment yet, i read online its between 2 and 2 and a half, so not sure when we'll get it, she tries so hard bless her, just can't get the words out x

@kayteamay yeah, i know what she wants and/or what shes trying to say.. yeah im not too concerned, she'll do it when she's ready,people just keep saying oh she should be talking by now etc, so didn't know what the health visitor would be asking about x

Around here you get a questionnaire which covers all areas of development. You can tick whether they do different things confidently, sometimes or not yet. Depending how many you tick in each section, depends on what the health visitor might recommend/ advise. She may be lacking in words right now but if her understanding etc is good they may say not to worry, she'll talk when she's ready. I know you hear it all the time but every child is different, some talk earlier than others. Max has been talking for ages it feels but Morgan was a bit later at talking.

If your little one goes to nursery, the nursery need to do a report for you to take with you alongside the Q&A they send out x

My little boy has his on Monday, I remember posting worrying 5 months ago about the same thing when he turned 2 he could barely say a word..

Now he doesn't shut up 😂

If they do your daughters nearer the 2.5 mark you u will see a massive development in her speech between now and then, my boy just stated talking overnight I think 🙈x

@kerryy23 it seems like everyone has it closer to the 2.5 mark so I'll just have to wait and see.. my mom said she'll just come out with it all one day as she knows exactly what we're saying to her xx
