My daughter has gone to see her dad and I'm just in a loop of depression I'm so strong when she's here but I'm in pieces when left alone I have no friends so talking to friends is a no. My doctor palms me of when I ask him for medication. I'm battling my mental health and if I'm honest most days I have suicidal thoughts but I would never act upon them because of delilah I'm just stuck and I haven't a clue what to do anymore
