If you want to continue try nursing on demand and block feeding to bring your supply back up

It's safe what ever you choose is always best dont stress theres alot of ways to boost up and it's normal to feel that your supply decreased but it could be your boobs new how much baby eats and cut down to not over flow unless you only pump you really could be ok pulse new baby just needs 2oz every 2 to 3 hours
