I'm so confused as to when do I start feeling and timing contractions lol
What are they suppose to feel like?
I feel tightening of my belly. Sometimes it's like period cramps... Not new but feel like I am lol

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Period cramps is usually an indication to start timing them. Contractions will be regular Braxton Hicks will be irregular
