So question my husband is getting deployed in January for a year and six months do I filed his income taxes for him I’m not sure if I have power of attorney

He can either file himself online, you can file online without a poa or you can go in person with a poa.

@amouryaya09, I’m going to call H&R Block tomorrow if not I think I might have my sister in law to do it she dose her taxes
@blessedmommy23, no problem. If that’s the preference they have different types of poa’s. Depending on how long he will be gone I would get one that covers everything.

Get the poa before he leaves. My husband did his online so I didn’t have to do much.
