Idk how much help anyone can be for me but Saturday my SO and I are going to a car dealership his cousin works at(hoping she can help us out a little) I reeeeeally what an SUV idk why but I do and I’m hooked on the Honda Pilot, Hyundai Santa Fe and the Tucson. I’m thinking none of those options are going to happen. SO what are some good mid size sedans out there? Or what kind of cars do you have and what do you hate and like about them? I do want to try and accommodate my 2 step kids who are in booster seats but it’s not a must.

We have a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I LOVE it. It's perfect for our family and it's very affordable.

@aengs2, what year?

@bubbys.mommy, 2014!

@aengs2, I see you have 2 kiddos young enough to be in car seats. They fit good in the back? The most I would have at one time is 2 MAYBE 3 but that would be rare

@aengs2, and only one kid is in a car seat

@bubbys.mommy, Yes they fit perfect! It's the perfect size for our family. But if you needed third row seating they do have the regular Mitsubishi Outlander (so without the Sport).

@aengs2, well now I have another option! Thank you!

@blueismycolor, 😍 I’m so In love with that car! What year? Was it affordable? I’m worried it won’t be an option for me 😭😭

You should consider getting a Chevy traverse or like you mentioned a Honda Pilot. Those are really good cars, my sister bought one it’s a 2003 or 2004 and it’s a 3rd row seating. She hasn’t had any problems with hers. I, have a 2013 Chevy Malibu and it’s somewhat big from the back but I also like those too. And plus I only have 1 child, so it’s ok. Or try looking into getting a Kia. Those are also good cars. But please make sure when going to a dealer that they “help” you out. And don’t let them fool you.

@celia8991, my bfs cousin works at the dealership we are going too. She’s the one we have the appointment with actually and yes I’ve considered all those lol it’s just price because I know Honda’s are one of the expensive ones.
Celia C·
@bubbys.mommy, are you planning on purchasing a new car or a used one?
M. P. ·
@celia8991, used
Celia C·
@bubbys.mommy, make sure some used ones have warranty on it.

@bubbys.mommy, I got a 2015, because I love that body style and that was the last year they made them. I searched for one with low miles and ended up driving 2 hours to get the one I wanted. I think it ended up being around $22,000. My friend bought a 2009 brand new in 2008 and hers has 166,000 miles on it and she’s never had to do anything other than normal maintenance to it.

@blueismycolor, they have newer pilots. My bf and I just looked at a 2018 or 19 but it was $50,000! Lol

@bubbys.mommy, it’s crazy how much the new ones are! I just hate the new body style. I was so disappointed when they made such a huge change.
M. P. ·
@blueismycolor, I know I like the older ones better too
M. P. ·
@blueismycolor, that’s the problem im having I added these cars that I love and then find out the body is newer and I see the older ones and don’t like them but the pilot I LOVE the older body’s I like the newer one too but it’s just idk.
