I’ve been taking my iron pills twice a day once in the morning and once before dinner. Plus I take it with OJ. I have also been eating more red meats and spinach.
I don’t know what else to do. Any advice??

Are you drinking alot of milk or tea ?

I would look into a different supplement. The pills really don’t do the best job. I used Floradix

@nerdymommyplus2, I drink a lot of tea. Milk is on and off. Unless it’s chocolate milk.

Could be the tea. Especially if it's green tea. Tea has antioxidants that will block the iron from absorbing. Just like vitamin D and clacium in milk of you drink too much.
I was unaware about both until my doctor told me about the tea and I couldn't figure out why my iron wasn't going up.
The milk I found out when my oldest had issues with her iron levels
