Okay good. Im honestly not well learned on formula feeding but babies (newborns) have a strong urge to suck and be soothed. The same cues they use for hunger they might use for anything else. Sometimes hard to decide what they might want.

Try a paci, swaddling, skin to skin. You will come to know your baby best but I think after an hour he very well might want more to eat.

And yeah do the pace feeding and burping

@kambam I let him drink half then burp then burp again when he's finished

Cool. If he's drinking then he probably does want it.
