Anyone else feel extreme pressure to loose this baby weight. 😓I almost lost my milk supply because in the back of my mind I’m like yo you gotta loose this weight ASAP! I’m my biggest critic. I literally can’t even look in the mirror smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ my husband 10 year class reunion is on Friday and I’m beating myself up that I didn’t at least loose 10lbs.

Oh momma don't stress to much about it I have a lot of weight issues myself and I hated my body I was 170 when I gave birth I still hate to look in the mirror and had my belly. I've worried so much about it I lost so much weight that my husbands boss told me today he don't even like to look at me bcuz I'm too skinny ( witch I was confused about bcuz I'm not skinny) and when u stress about it so much it becomes stuck in ur head that there is something wrong u don't see the difference went it does happens. I feel like a blimp. It's hard but please try to I'm brase it just remember that little pouch we worry about so much created house and fed a HUMAN life.

My husband is my biggest supporter
