question any of you ladies get annoyed when someone calls your child by their middle name? I hope i’m not the only 1🤦🏻 ♀

I wish someone would! 👊That's not their place to be calling my child by their middle name.

It always bugged me personally when someone called my by my middle name other than my papa, because he does it in a loving way since it's the same as my Mayme (his wife) so he says, "miss May" but I think that's because it was so often uses by my own parents to emphasize they were mad or I was in trouble. But my sister chose to be called by her middle name by everyone. I think it depends on what the child chooses (of course when they are a little older) but while they are little I definitely wouldn't have people calling her by her middle name.

That's my kids trouble name when she is in trouble I call her my first and middle so when she acts up and someone says her name she gets this ohh shit look and I can't help but laugh....but idk iv never been in that spot where someone just randomly called her by her middle name

@girlmom., that is exactly how i feel! my son isn’t even here yet & my COUSIN is saying she’s only gonna call him by his middle name & i’m just like 🤨 actually no you’re not sweetie

@monkeymomma2, my mom used to do that too & that’s what i’m gonna do. I really only feel comfortable w me or his dad or my mom calling my son by his middle name

Being in a Spanish family and naming my kids English names no one can get it right lol I gave up a long time ago. My first is Nathan but they pronounce and spell it Natan, mason they add an accent on the O and it sounds mayson and Natalie we purposely pronounce it nataly and my family spells it nathaly
